Production worker 3-shift system

Then this is your chance. As an production worker, you will work in Almelo on the production of plastic products, together with a motivated team.
You ensure the process keeps running smoothly. Good work is rewarded here – with shift allowances, fixed schedules, and the prospect of a long-term contract.

As a production employee in a 3-shift system, you will work with rotational molding machines used to manufacture plastic products.
You’ll work in a fixed team, with clear agreements and solid guidance.

Your tasks include:

• Operating and monitoring ovens and rotational molding machines
  
• Turning powder into a solid product using heat and technical skill
  
• Working in teams of 12 colleagues
  
• Performing physical tasks, such as lifting and working at height
  
• Inspecting the final product for quality
  
• Contributing ideas for process improvements
  

• You are proactive, flexible, and precise
  
• You have vocational education level 3 (MBO-3) working and thinking skills
  
• You have technical insight and a hands-on attitude
  
• You are physically strong and in good condition
  
• Due to the nature of working at heights, a minimum height of 1.75 meters is required
  
• You speak Dutch or English
  
• You are available to work in a 3-shift system
